Cloe Southard, Program Coordinator and Case Manager for Enriched Housing
A recent social work graduate, Cloe has brought fresh energy and ideas to the Plattdeutsche Home Society team.
One of her activities at our Enriched Housing program, Cloe’s Coffee Klatch, has been very popular with our residents. It creates a forum where seniors can connect with one another, tell stories, and sometimes play trivia.
Only a few months into her tenure, Cloe has enjoyed the homey atmosphere of Enriched Housing’s supportive independent living community and feels proud of the contributions she has made.
Renee Cottrell, Case Manager for the Adult Home
Renee Cottrell is another new member of our team who has quickly proved to be invaluable. An experienced geriatric professional, she was very familiar with the Plattduetsche Home Society even before joining the staff.
Renee visited our senior living community when her grandmother resided here. She was impressed with the amenities and services available and very pleased with the wonderful things her grandmother had to say about her experience.
Now, she knows first-hand about the supportive, family atmosphere that made her grandmother so happy.
At our Adult Home, where Renee is now a Case Manager, she helps to coordinate a full complement of services, including personal care assistance and an assortment of lively activities, like cornhole.
