Adult Day Life Enrichment Program (ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN!)

Let Us Help Your Loved One Live Their Best Possible Day, Every Day

Our Adult Day Life Enrichment Program offers a structured, engaging environment designed for older adults living at home who seek meaningful connection, movement, creativity, and purpose. Rooted in therapeutic recreation and community-based values, our program supports the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Led by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS-G), our program supports wellness, connection, and joy in a non-clinical, enriching setting.

What We Offer

Grounded in evidence-based practices, our program offers thoughtfully curated experiences that support cognitive health, promote mobility, encourage creativity, and honor personal autonomy. Whether it’s through expressive arts, adapted movement, legacy writing, or spiritual reflection, each offering is designed with intention and research-backed strategies that elevate daily life.

Inspired by the Montessori approach and a deep respect for individuality, we emphasize choice, dignity, and meaningful engagement.
